When I email a plan to a client they aren't receiving them?

First make sure that the email address you have in their profile page is accurate.  If it is, there may be a delay in them receiving the email depending on which email server they have (hotmail, yahoo...).  Also, have them check their spam or junk folders in their email, as sometimes the program will flag an email from our program as this type.
